LEAP is Us
Miri and Adi have helped many VP R&Ds make the leap to become senior managers and true partners on their management teams. Through each of their unique experiences and expertise, they collaborated to create the LEAP program, and help the Israeli Engineering Leaders community make the LEAP.
Founder and Co-owner
Adi Shacham-Shavit
Adi has 20 years of experience in senior engineering management roles in companies such as Lemonade, AppsFlyer and LivePerson. Today she is the VP R&D of Transmit Security. She’s an expert in the hyperscale of distributed systems, handling traffic of billions of events a day.

Miri Curiel
Miri has 25 years of experience in senior engineering management roles, 12 of which as a VP R&D in companies such as Tonara, Orca Interactive and NICE. She’s been coaching and consulting senior hi-tech managers for the last 15 years, and has developed proven methods to accelerate the managerial growth while scaling up the R&D organization.
